A public conceptual competition for the planning and development of new residential models, proposing an economic model that shifts from ownership to rental to shared belonging.
The concept introduces a cooperative of stakeholders based on collaboration, participation, and community life. The cooperative will finance the construction of a shared residential building: 15% private funding, 25% public funding, and 60% mortgage. Members of the cooperative will live in the building and pay monthly membership fees.
The architectural idea proposes a community-oriented infrastructure and a new way of thinking about urban communal living.
