Project Description

Renovation of the existing library and the museum,
to be developed as a social and cultural center for the city and as hothouse
for interdisciplinary activity and creativity.
Creating a physical connection between the library , the museum,
and the adjacent neighborhoods through a series of accessible and active
public spaces.
